Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment for visitors, residents and businesses
in our community. We work with groups and local associations on ecological, environmental
and cleanliness issues for the well-being of the town and future generations.

Sayulita is a small town with a big reputation. With such an international tourist scene, and influx of people each year moving to the area, we have to constantly keep re-evaluating the town’s infrastructure to accommodate more people! Year after year the need for clean water, street maintenance, lifeguards, ecology and protection programs grows. We are encroaching on nature, and we need to balance this growth with conscious development; keeping in mind an integral respect for the natural environment that offers us so much more than a place to live, but the water that we drink, swim in and our livelihoods.

VOLUNTEER
What are you interests? Tell us about yourself and what expertise you can offer the organization - we have many different roles from canvassing, to event volunteers and more!
Pro Sayulita funds a number of local partners including Sayulitanimals, Campamento Tortuga, the public schools, beach safety and lifeguard training, Azul Sayu, Eco Sayulita, Pueblo Magico, and public safety agencies including the ambulance, bomberos, police, and the ministerio publico.

Emergency Relief Fund
When disaster strikes, we are here to help. We want to assist our community in getting back on their feet in challenging times! Hurricane Roslyn was just one of many examples of the natural disasters our small community may face. With local citizens, partners and donors we were able to raise over $100,000 USD to clean up Sayulita, and donate to those most affected.
Having the funds necessary to respond quickly is key to saving live and curbing the damage. Help us be prepared by donating to our Emergency Response Fund.
Our organization also works with Public Health Clinic (Salud) to organizes and deliver key medical supplies when necessary in times of a crisis.
